OA-BCIG 2016 Junior/Senior Prom
Prom will be Saturday, April 23, at the Skate Palace in Ida Grove.
The Grand March will begin at 5 p.m., going until 6:15 p.m. The reception with appetizers and photo ops will begin at Ida Grove Skate Palace at 5:20 p.m. (for participants only). After the meal, students will enjoy dancing from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m., with music provided by Muzic Mystro DJ services.
Right after prom, charter buses will leave at 12:30 a.m. to head to Elkhorn, NE, where students will enjoy "The Mark" which has games, bowling, inflatables and much more, including pizza and drinks. All students will be required to go through a bag and security check prior to boarding the buses. The buses will return around 9 a.m. the following morning.
Sac County Treasurer Vicky Peyton retired on Friday, April 15, after over 45 years in the Treasurer's office, including the last 18 as Treasurer. A retirement party was held on April 15. Treasurer's Office Deputy Kris Babcock peresented Peyton with a certificate in honor of her years of public service.
