Odebolt clean up days set

Odebolt residential curbside clean up day has been set for Thursday, April 28, all items for pick up should be on the curb by 7:30 a.m. Items not allowed for curb pick up are: yard waste, building materials, carpet, appliances, tires, household toxic items or oil-based paints. Latex paint cans are accepted if open and dried out.

Appliance drop off days are Friday, April 29 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, April 30 from 8 a.m. to noon at the maintenance building on Highway 175. Charges for appliances are $15 each, TV’s are $20, computer monitors are $10 and tires are $5-15 depending on the size. These items will be billed after they are dropped off.



Milner benefit planned

A benefit will be held for Barb Milner of Arthur Saturday, April 30, at the Odebolt Community Center. A pork loin dinner starts at 5 p.m. followed by local band TRUST performing at 8 p.m. There will also be a silent auction. Monetary donations are being accepted at United Bank in Arthur under Barb Milner Benefit Account.
