July 28, 2011 Special School Board Meeting Mintues

MINUTES OF THE JULY 28, 2011 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

ODEBOLT-ARTHUR COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT

The Board of Directors of the Odebolt-Arthur Community School District met for a Special Meting on July 28, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. in the Conference Room.

The special meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Board President Paul Neumann. Also present were Deb Bengford, Traci Bengford, Dani Trimble, and visitor Brad Lundell.

The agenda was approved by a motion from D. Bengford and seconded by T. Bengford. The motion carried (3-0).

President Neumann reviewed the vacancy of Director Scott Cranston’s board seat due to a move from the Odebolt-Arthur district. A motion to appoint Brad Lundell to fill this vacancy until the September, 2011 school board election was made by D. Bengford and seconded by T. Bengford. The motion carried (3-0). President Neumann administered the oath of office to Lundell.

A motion for adjournment was made by Lundell and seconded by T. Bengford. The meeting was adjourned at 6:07 p.m.
