Everyone is invited to come to lunch sponsored by the Community Center immediately following the service.  Free Will Donation. 

 NOTE:  The Odebolt Museum will open on Memorial Day from 12 noon to 2 pm.  Eat lunch at the Community Center, then take this chance to see all the museum displays!


Senior Master Sergeant Susan J. Mace will be the featured speaker at Memorial Day Services to be held at 11:15 a.m. on May 27, 2013 at the Odebolt Cemetery.

Sergeant Mace was born in Galesburg, Illinois in 1976.  She enlisted in the Air Force in September 1994 and has completed duty assignments in Mississippi, the United Kingdom, Texas, South Dakota, Korea, and Afghanistan. 

Sergeant Mace is currently located at Offutt Air Force Base near Omaha, assigned to United States Strategic Command Intelligence Directorate as the Superintendent of the Joint Intelligence Operations Center.  At Offutt in 2012 she made the rank of Senior Master Sergeant.  She is married to 1LT Simon Mace and is heavily involved in local community service.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Relations.
