HIGH WINDS CAUSE ELECTRICAL OUTAGE
High winds on Friday, October 7 proved to be too much for a large tree located by 4th and Walnut streets in Odebolt.  The tree snapped, dragging down several electrical lines as it fell.  The incredible force caused the utility pole to break.  Electricity was disrupted in the Odebolt area for several hours.
