On September 11, 2001, a series of terrorist attacks on our nation killed thousands of innocent men, women and children in a matter of hours. Ten years later, the aftermath of this tragedy remains fresh in the hearts and minds of Americans.
We continue to remember and mourn the victims.
We Remember 9 • 11
On September 11, 2011, we pay tribute to those whose lives were taken, and pray for the families who continue to grieve. America has turned tragedy and grief into a strengthened resolve to protect liberty, and we salute the brave troops who continue to defend our freedom abroad.
Ten years later and forever we will remember September 11, 2001.
