Photo taken at City Council Meeting 1/3/11: Mayor Ron Rex (front left) and City Council presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Bill and Susan Dreessen (front right and center respectively) for their community spirit in organizing the Annual Odebolt Christmas Party. Over 400 people attended the event. Dreessen stated that the Certificate meant a lot to him but all those who contributed in so many ways were the reason it was so successful. He stated: "I love doing this type of thing, I love my community." Many in attendance received gifts or a turkey and the Sac County Food Pantry received a big boost as well.
