U.S. CELLULAR BUILDS TOWER NEAR ODEBOLT  - US Cellular has strengthened its high-speed nationwide network with a new 225-foot cell tower just north of Odebolt.  The new site will increase U.S. Cellular's coverage in Odebolt and the surrounding area.

THE 2011 WOMEN IN DENIM CONFERENCE will be held on January 21-22, 2011 at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. The conference is for women in agriculture from Iowa and the surrounding states.  It offers opportunities for fun, networking, learning and inspiration led by entertaining and knowledgeable speakers.
     This year's conference will be featuring exciting keynote speaker, Amy Dee-Kristensen. There will be thirty breakout sessions covering everything from farm business to gardening. OBITUARY - MARIE BERG
Marie Berg passed away on Christmas morning at Horn Memorial Hospital in Ida Grove, Iowa. She was born April 20, 1912 in Galva, Iowa to Jennie Wisch Holdorf and Henry Holdorf. (See Obituary link above for complete obit.)
