Tyson Veit is presenting a check for $3,560.00, the amount raised at the Drive 4 UR Community event that Larry Beckman Motors and Ford Motor Co. held July 25th at the Sac County Fair.
On Saturday July 25th Farm Bureau invited Larry Beckman Motors of Odebolt and Ford Motor Company to host a DRIVE 4 UR COMMUNITY event at the Sac County Fair, to benefit the Sac County 4H and FFA groups.
Larry Beckman Motors and Ford Motor Company donated $20 for each person that took a test drive in one of the new Ford vehicles on display and completed a short survey.
Twenty dollars does not seem like a lot but 178 people took the test drive that evening and raised $3560.00 for the 4H and FFA groups.
Drive 4 UR Community was a fun way to raise funds for these organizations. You didn’t have to get dirty or write a check, just test drive a new Ford vehicle from Larry Beckman Motors of Odebolt.
