The clinic will begin at 1:00 p.m. by appointment only.
To set up an appointment please call Sac County Health Services at 712-662-4785 or 1-800-967-3984 no later than 11:00 a.m. on January 22.

Pick up applications at the City Clerk's office, Odebolt.
Return applications by January 28, 2013.
Pay scale $7.00 Basket person
$8.00 lifeguards, WSI $9.00
