Richard Carstensen: Former Odebolt community resident Richard Carstensen, 69, died February 1, 2016 n West Des Moines, IA. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 5, 2016 at Lutheran Church of Hope, 925 Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., Friday at the church. Llunch to follow in the gym.
Richard is survived by wife Linda and daughters Libby and Holly. He graduated from Odebolt-Arthur High School with the class of 1965 and was a member of the infamous Arthur Baptist Church youth group.
