Death Notice
H. F. "Gus" Schroeder, 93, a prominent citizen of the Wall Lake community, passed away on October 13, 2014.  He was a 1937 graduate of Odebolt High School.

OCC Receives Donation
The Odebolt Community Center received a $5,000 donation recently from the United Bank of Iowa Odebolt Office for the new floor project.  Neil Sibenaller, Vice President and Office Manager, presented the check to members representing the Odebolt Community Center.  UBI is proud to support such a wonderful asset to the town of Odebolt and commends the OCC on their continued efforts to keep the building updated.


Lundell Plastics Introduces New Product
Lundell Plastics, Inc., announces a new addition to their line of ExoPlate grain cart floor liners with a new design for the Kinze 1050 model.

"This is a different design than any of the other liners we have manufactured," said CEO Vance Lundell. "Our traditional liners were built for the squared bottom carts, where this one is made with a fully-rounded bottom."

Feauto to be charged as an Adult
17 Year old Trevor Feauto of Clarksville, Iowa will be prosecuted as an adult rather than a juvenile.  He was charged in Sac County Courts with two counts of vehicular homicide for an Aug. 23 crash near Breda in which Bailey Jacobsen and Lindsey Quirk, both 16, were killed.  Read more about it at the Sioux City Journal.
