WILBOR Workshop

Want to learn how to use your computer, iPad (Kindle, Nook or other tablet), or phone to download free books/audiobooks from the library?

The Odebolt Public Library is offering a free workshop on the evening of Wednesday, June 25th.  Beginning at 5:30 p.m., Bonnie McKewon from the State Library of Iowa will be giving a presentation explaining the WILBOR website and how to use it.  The public is welcome to attend.

At 7:00 p.m., following the presentation, Kelly Fischbach of the Carroll Public Library and Julie Childers of the Odebolt Public Library will be on hand to direct a "Gadget Zoo" for those learning on their devices.  Compters will be available; however, you should bring your laptop, tablet, e-reader or phone if you want to learn how to access WILBOR on your own device.  Be sure to bring along any passwords needed in order for you to access your device.

This is a perfect time to be able to take your downloaded books along on vacations.  Let's support our community library with a great turnout to ensure more programs and presentations in the future.
