NOTICE TO ELIGIBLE ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF ODEBOLT

You are hereby notified that the City Council of Odebolt, Iowa, proposes to appoint a Council Person to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Butch Hemphill of Odebolt, at the next Council meeting to be held at the Council Chambers on January 6, 2014. Said appointment shall be to fill said vacancy until the next regular election of the City of Odebolt

You are hereby notified that you have a right to file a petition, within 14 days after said appointment is made, that this vacancy be filled by provisions of Section 372.13 of the Code of Iowa, and Section 5.11 of the City Code of Odebolt.
