The City will pursue passing an Ordinance in accordance with State law regarding the use of golf carts in the city.

PUBLIC HEARING:  Resolution #12.21 as follows in summary: There is no public need for the property at 413 S. Walnut, and the public would not be inconvenienced by reason of the sale and conveyance of said property, more specifically described as follows: ODEBOLT INC. LOT 7 BLK 9, ODEBOLT 1ST ADDT. The sale and conveyance of said City-owned property to Chad Peterson for $1,000.00 is hereby approved.

Jim Mickelson was approved by the Council to Library Board of Trustees.

Greg Neville was approved as Fire Chief.

Trick-or-Treating night for Odebolt is set for Tuesday, October 30th from 5-7:00 p.m.
The City appreciates
 - the volunteer work done by employees of Farmer Coop on the Memorial Walk Trail.
 - the generous grants from the Renze Trust in the amounts of $5,000.00 for the Rural Legacy Project and $3,040.00 for the Pioneer Home.
 - the $1,000.00 grant from the INS Charity Grant Program to the Odebolt Betterment Committee for the landscaping of the relocated Peterson Pioneer Home.
