Public Hearing to be 11-7-11, 8 p.m.

NOTICE OF HEARING

TO ALL WHO MAY BE CONCERNED:

    You are hereby notified that there is now on file in the office of the City Clerk, a copy of An Ordinance Adopting the: Code of Ordinances of the City of Odebolt, Iowa 2011.

    Copies of the proposed Code of Ordinances to be adopted are available at the City Clerk’s office for public inspection.

           You are further notified that the Council will hold a public hearing on said proposed Code of Ordinances at 8:00 o’clock p.m. on the 7th day of November, 2011, at the Council Chambers in the City of Odebolt, at which time the Council will hear any comments or objections to said Code of Ordinances prior to final adoption.
