PAINT PARTY
Members of the Odebolt Betterment Committee (OBC)--Deb and Kerry Reinhart, Joan Godbersen, Linda Gobersen, Janet Leonard, Elaine Rex and volunteer Don Hout--gathered at the Odebolt City Park on April 30 for a "paint party." All brought their paint brushes, paint rollers and ladders. The outside of the shelter house was given a fresh coat of paint too. The OBC appreciates the earlier work the Farmers Coop did on the shelter house.
Some of the members raked and picked up sticks. The park is in constant need of the picking up of sticks and limbs.
The committee will appreciate anyone who wants to help keep our public lands pleasing to our residents and visitors. Do it on your own or call Madeline Meyer or Deb Reinhart for more info on how you may do some community service. http://odeboltobc.blogspot.com/
ODEBOLT TUESDAY CLUB ANNUAL TOUR
On May 10 thirteen members of the Tuesday Club traveled to Storm Lake, where they were entertained watching chain-saw artist Jeff Klatt produce a pineapple on a base. They lunched at King's Point, then toured the historic Harker House.
