Feb. 14, 2011 Council Special Meeting Minutes

Special Meeting – 6:00 P.M.
February 14, 2011 - Odebolt City Hall

    Mayor Rex called the special meeting to order with the following Council in attendance: Flink, Hoefling, Bengford, Scott and Hemphill.  Also in attendance was Supt. Bill Tysor.
    The main purpose of the special meeting was to discuss details of the proposed FY12 budget.
    Moved by Flink and seconded by Hemphill to approve the agenda.  All ayes.
    Moved by Flink and seconded by Hoefling to adopt Resolution #11.10  - A resolution authorizing and approving a Loan Agreement and providing for the issuance of a $660,000 General Obligation Sewer Improvement Note and providing for the levy of taxes to pay the same.  All ayes.
    Following review and discussion it was moved by Bengford and seconded by Scott to approve the proposed budget for FY12 and to publish the same as by law required.  All ayes.   
    At 6:58 p.m. it was moved by Hemphill and seconded by Hoefling to adjourn.  All ayes.
