Pool Fundraiser Update
On March 13 members of Richland Robins 4-H Club helped make omelets at the Odebolt swimming pool fundraiser.  Other helpers included confirmation students from Faith Lutheran, other church groups in town, Odebolt Betterment Committee Members, Recreation Committee members and City staff.  The joint effort raised $3,500 toward replacing the pool's pump and filter system at a cost of approximately $73,848.  Along with the $8,000 previously raised and a $2,500 grant from America's Farmers Grow Communties, the total fund for the pump and filter system is now $14,000.  The City will use the $14,000 as matching funds when it applies for grants for the pool project.
