January Is National Blood Donor Month
LifeServe Blood Center is honoring its generous blood donors this January, as it’s National Blood Donor Month!
January was proclaimed National Blood Donor Awareness Month in 1969 by President Richard Nixon. The designation aims to draw attention to the importance of the volunteer blood donor program and to thank generous individuals who freely give their time and blood to ensure hospital patients have every chance at wellness.
In honor of its committed blood donors, LifeServe Blood Center is offering double online store points to every donor who visits a donor center or mobile blood drive this month.
Celebrate the month by doing what blood donors do best- saving local lives! Call 800.287.4903 or click here to make an appointment at the Odebolt Community Blood Drive, Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM at Odebolt Community Center, 116 E 2nd Street.
