A 69-year-old man who had been released from prison for a felony burglary conviction in August is a suspect for a string of burglaries that spanned from Minnesota to Appanoose and Sac counties in Iowa, Sac County Sheriff Ken McClure said in a Thursday press release.
Roy S. Cope, who McClure said is homeless, is charged with two counts each of felony burglary and theft for allegedly breaking into two Odebolt businesses on April 30.
