NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Odebolt City Council has adopted a Resolution setting NOVEMBER 5, 2012, 7:45 PM for a Public Hearing at the City Hall to rescind the old and adopt the new:
FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE
A full and complete copy of the proposed Ordinance is available upon request at City Hall, 205 W 2nd Street, Odebolt, IA. Persons interested in the proposal will be given the opportunity to express their views at the public hearing.
