First, it happened in Odebolt, IA on December 29th. Then on Wednesday, in Early, IA another bank was robbed.
So, if this is the start of some kind of trend, the Sac County Sheriff felt it was time to address it.
Today, Sheriff Ken McClure gathered bankers
in Sac County to talk about how best to respond to situations like
these. Rapid response notification was discussed as well as enhanced
security measures now in place.
