Kevin McFarland of Odebolt was recently recognized as the Barbershopper of the Year by the Denison Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. The award is presented for outstanding service and leadership to the a cappella barbershop harmony group.
McFarland is a 12-year member of the Happiness Express, which is the performing chorus of the Denison Barbershop Harmony Society.
BANK DONATES TO PETERSON PIONEER RELOCATION PROJECT
United Bank of Iowa branch manager Neil Sibenaller presents Elaine Rex and Howard Hustedt of the Odebolt Betterment Committee with a check for $1,000 for the Peterson Pioneer Relocation Project.
